Preferred but not required:
- Single-family or multi-family property management accounting experience

You will come into the office two or three days a week as our return-to-work plans are not finalized at this point. We have protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of all employees, and our cloud-based systems make it easy to work from home. For the most part, you will work normal business hours, but we'll look to you to be flexible about working extra hours as necessary, such as during month-end closing.

- Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
- Complete and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare month-end financial packages for clients and internal management
- Review balance sheet and income statements to ensure accuracy
- Review and process new vendor requests
- Review and process accounts payable invoices
- Review postings for electronic payments
- Review and record closing proceeds from property sales
- Review and record payments for property purchases
- Review and record payments for commissions earned and paid
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested
- Support other projects as requested
- Interact directly with clients as necessary
